

Challenge:
NRL sought to strengthen its digital presence across social media platforms while promoting its start-up funding initiative, Ideation. The objective was to build awareness about the program and drive participation from eligible entrepreneurs and innovators across Assam and the Northeast.
Solution:
We established and managed NRL’s social media presence over four years, crafting a consistent brand voice and strategic content framework. Through storytelling, design, and data-driven campaigns, we built sustained engagement and visibility.
A dedicated digital campaign for Ideation — spanning social media and Google Search — amplified participation and positioned NRL as a forward-thinking PSU. The initiative earned two national recognitions — Scope International and PRSI awards — for Best Use of Social Media in a Campaign by a PSU. Over time, NRL’s social channels grew by more than 850%, making it one of India’s most digitally active and engaging public sector brands.
